Automatic email notifications when courts are cancelled

Members can subscribe to automatically receive email notifications when courts are cancelled. The subscription form allows them to select the day of the week and a time bracket so that they only receive emails pertaining to relevant court times. This feature ensures maximum court usage (and bar sales!), as most cancelled courts will get re-booked.

Members' Directory

The website has a Members' Directory which is only accessible to Members who have logged in to the website (it is not accessible to the public). Members can choose whether or not they want their contact details (phone numbers and email address only) to be included in the directory and will be shown as "ex-directory" if they don't want to show their contact details.

Change password and PIN

Members can change their website login password and the PIN number they use with the touch screen. They can also update their contact details (including mailing address for the club secretary's benefit) and their current email address for messages from the system (booking confirmations, notifications of court cancellations, forgotten password reminders) and from other members.

Forgotten Password

Members can use the Forgotten Password process. The member submits his or her email address and the system automatically sends a message to that address with the username, password, PIN number and some instructions to access the system.
