Booking (and cancelling) courts

To book a court, the member simply clicks on the court. The member is prompted to confirm the court booking.

Confirm your court booking

If the member clicks "Yes", the system automatically sends the member an email confirmation and displays a list of all his or her current court bookings, including courts that have been booked by an "opponent" (members can select an opponent to show on the booking sheet). If the members have chosen to show their contact details in the Members' Directory, their email addresses are automatically shown and their names are linked to a page showing their contact details.

List of court bookings

The same screen above is also shown when the member clicks the "My Bookings" link in the website's navigation.

To cancel a court, the member would simply click the link to "cancel" the court. The member can only cancel the courts that he or she has booked and can't cancel a court that was booked by another member who may have selected him or her as an opponent.
