How the squash court booking system works

The booking system consists of a website and a touch screen which is installed on the club's premises.

Members use the website to book (and cancel) courts from home, office or anywhere.

When at the club, members use the touch screen to book (and cancel) courts. The touch screen replaces the paper "booking sheets" so members can check their court reservations when at the club.

Both the website and the touch screen are simultaneously updated when courts are booked or cancelled.

The complete system has many other features, such as:

• Automatic email updates when courts are cancelled

• Block court bookings for tournaments, team matches, club nights, etc...
• Club website and notice board

The booking system is independent of light meters or other systems to operate court light or payments. As such, squash clubs can easily introduce the court booking system without changing the way members pay for court time or operate the lights on courts.
