The court booking system is affordable for small squash clubs.
Costs
The complete cost of for the court booking system should take into account the following separate costs.
- The Howie touch screen needs to be purchased from Redten Computers Ltd (see below).
- ADSL router and connection
- The court booking application needs to be contracted with HBI Consulting Ltd who will also set-up and configure the system to meet your requirements.

Provision of service
HBI Consulting will ensure that the application is continuously up and running and is pleased to provide telephone or email support to club administrators on how to use the management system.
Please note the Howie touch screen system would be subject to a separate warranty from Redten Computers Ltd and it is also dependent on the local Internet connection and ADSL router.
Light cards, light meters and payment system
This system was specifically developed for squash clubs which already have a separate system to operate the lights on the courts. This court booking system is not integrated with any other system for operating lights or selling tokens for court usage. As such, the court booking system is easy to implement, and it can be used without changing other systems.
However, if you would need a system to sell court time and operate light meters, we would recommend using card operated timers which you can purchase from Westwood Meters & Timers Ltd.
